Although I truly wish I was a vampire / could be a vampire, I fully realize that I'm not one, and I don't know of anyone who thinks they actually are vampires. Although it's a tad weird to think you're a vampire when you're obviously mortal, it's still nothing to prosecute people over.

Although I truly wish I was a vampire / could be a vampire, I fully realize that I'm not one, and I don't know of anyone who thinks they actually are vampires. Although it's a tad weird to think you're a vampire when you're obviously mortal, it's still nothing to prosecute people over.

Some goths might like to dress as vampires, with fake fangs and all that, but the overwhelming majority are very much aware of the fact that they are human. There might be an extremely small number of people who do think they are undead, but they're just a tad crazy.

Good someone is back on topic! But I'm afraid you got it from what i have researched the outbreak of burning vampires or cutting off the heads of the dead was because a bad year for ria bread(which many people ate back then) the germ that was on the ria made people go crazy thus giving us the Inquisition and the burning of "Werewolves" because when people ate the tainted bread it gave them what we could call now a bad LSD trip (even though i have never taken that said drug)
thank you again for getting back on topic, and sometimes people now that act like vampires, or who should not get any sun at all could be suffering from a skin disease. Now does anyone else have anyone else have anything to say about what they think could have started the vampire craze b/c there are many stories that i do not have the time to type out.

The myth of vampirism probably originated from a mad case of rabies that went across Europe in the 16/17th century. (For all you dimwits, people with rabies typically have hypersexuality, aggressiveness, and paranoia - ie, afraid of weird object - like ... garlic).
