Why are you people pretending to be christians when you are not ? I already KNOW without a doubt that you guys aren't christians. I can see that you know the word but that doesn't make you Christians. Stop using his word to torment people and make fun of it. That's a bit mean. I'm not a Landover baptist (obviously) but from what I've seen they take the bible very literally, follow it to the letter. How does that make them, in your eyes 'not xtian'?
I would have thought that following the entire bible should be a good thing in the eyes of xtians?

If you think that the things they say are mocking the bible, you haven't read the bible. Yes, their ways are atrocious, but only so because they ARE following the bible in its' entirety. Maybe you don't know your religion as well as you thought, hmm?

This poor young man is obviously calling out to the Southern Baptist Convention and American Baptist Churches. And I too, am upset about the liberalization taking place in today's feel good Baptist churches, which is why I have dedicated my spiritual life to fighting false religion and supporting God's favorite church. There are more important verses in the Good Book than John 3:16 and it's time we return to the traditional Christian values of stoning our neighbors and beating our children with rods (and so much more). Care to quote chapter and verse for that? I'm not sure which bible you're reading but I can assure you that the KJV1611 says no such thing. These people, however nasty they may be, do follow the ACTUAL XTIAN BIBLE. She's fighting it every step of the way, but Jesus is obviously working valiantly on Van Hoofedfeet's cold heart! "I'm not Christian, but show me the scripture!" Praise! Baby steps to salvation!

Read these.

Leviticus 20 - The things about killing Homosexuals, and the like.
Leviticus 24:16 - Kill the blasphemers!
Deuteronomy 21:18-21 - If your son is bad, get him bashed to death.
Zechariah 5:3 - Steal and get your hand sliced off.

Yeah, God was truly a sadistic guy. As you can see, these guys are (as sad as it may be) following the supposed word of God. These teachings are just some of the ones that made me abandon Christ in the first place. Then I know a lot of people who simply ignore these parts of the teachings, and believe them false. What will you do?

But regardless, there it is in the scripture. Even check your own bible.
