Why would you not want both theories taught in schools? It's what We the People want.

Americans do not believe that humans evolved, and the vast majority says that even if they evolved, God guided the process. Just 13 percent say that God was not involved.

1. I'm not so sure about the numbers from that poll, considering that only 885 people were asked, and that a number of other surveys show that about 20% of Americans consider themselves "non-religious."

2. If Americans want both theories taught in schools, fine. That's democracy. Lucky for me, I live in Canada where this is not an issue.

It's a stereotypical viewpoint. You cannot base your view of an individual on the actions(whether real or imagined) of a larger group. It doesn't work. If you want to comment on Russians as a whole, don't make it personal.

I've learned about metaphors. They exist as an idea. And I've learned that Creationism exists as an idea, too. The problem is when you start teaching an idea like Creationism as absolute fact.

Be honest now, you really only have two parties. The Conservatives and Liberals hold a vast majority (and Conservatives have twice as many, so much for your Liberal view of Canada...). Then you have two parties which have a quarter of the number of seats as the Conservatives (one of these parties' sole intents is to try to break off from the rest of Canada - can't say I blame them), and ONE other seat held by some environazi.

First of all, the Canadian conservatives are still further left than the American liberals. That's why even though the Conservatives are in power, we still have cool things like gay marriage and decriminalized marijuana. Also recent polls show the Conservatives and Liberals pretty even.

The Bloc are idiots. The Green is small compared to the larger ones, but huge compared to the rest of them. And you guys shouldn't be talking about size. How many people are in your church?
