To be honest I see nothing wrong with, all I see is a kid holding a kangaroo and it's licking the kid on the mouth, the kid isn't licking back or anything and the rest of the opening seems pretty harmless so I see nothing wrong with this show.
If you think that that is perversive then I think that you have some perversive thoughts of your own and I think you're worse of than this show.

I can't believe this. those Australiens have done it again. Now they have a telepathic (Satanic) kangaroo! I only know this because our local restaurant has Skippy steak. It's from Roos. I didn't know what that meant and then they told me it was a kangaroo. Then I rushed home and Jesosed it on the True Christian ™ way to use the net and found this stuff!

During the 1970s and 1980s TVNZ, or Television New Zealand, had a shortage of local talent - so they bought the cheapest and nastiest series from overseas they could find.

The worst imported programs were Australian . New Zealand got every episode of that satanic Skippy program, with reruns - although the episodes were so horrible that I can't remember anyone watching one all the way through.

Brother Eliot 'Skippy' was also used by the Seven Day Adventist cult to promote their cornflakes. Yes one of the largest breakfast cereal companies in Australasia is the Sanitarium Health Food Company and one of its' biggest selling products is "Skippy Cornflakes"!

The boy was not very old at the time, but the Lord knows no different punishment for a crime. At least, that's what KJV 1611 Bible tells us:
