We are paying off the debts made by countries like Greece. At least we have to send people down to get a free lunch.

It is expensive to run this kind of parliament. In the old days they met a 3 several places: Luxembourg, Strasbourg and Brussels. Then the chairs in Luxembourg turned out not to be wide enough with all this good food they got served just after they had finished an expansion of the building. In general they were tired of moving from their seats, so they tried to stop the use of other houses than the one in Brussels. They have good beer and chocolate in Belgium, that's why. But France objected so some days every month the officials wake the members and carry them to busses and then it is off to Strasbourg.

Lets see.. In Denmark they speak Danish and in The Netherlands they speak Dutch. The Danish flag is red and white whereas flag of the The Netherlands is is red, white and blue.
