The homosexual agenda and the liberal elite, once again, defy voter's wishes and enforce their minority rule. This is not democracy, this is communism. What is the point of going to the polls and speaking out with the majority of your state that you do want something or don't want something, and then some unelected activist judge comes along and says "You think you're in power? You think you're a democracy! HA!".

The homosexual agenda is anti-democracy and ant-America for utilizing such totalitarian means to advance their cause. This is truly a sad day, not just for Christians, but for democracy as well.

I think that banning it would not be a democracy. It rules out the ENTIRE FOUNDATION OF AMERICA: A.K.A.: Free will and right of expression. It's not Anti-American, YOU are, thinking that because someone is different, they are lesser. I think you don't deserve to be called American, for putting people down for their lifestyles. Listen buddy, they didn't choose to be gay! They would much rather live a life where people don't harass them for something they couldn't decide! Next they will allow animals to marry. And men to marry their cat.

I'd much rather have a man and cat that love each other marry than a man and a woman that don't.

Ok. It is kinda difficult for me to have an opinion on all of this given that God is yet to find me a husband, but to me marriage is supposed to be something special. If God does see fit to send Mr Right a knocking at my door then I have this dream of this fairy tale kinda taffeta and lace wedding. <sigh> So when I read about humans and animals setting out to conciously and deliberately ruin that dream by their perversions it really causes me angst. No wonder the divorce rate is so high when states like California allow poofters to marry! It is sickening.

They don't ruin the dream, they expand upon it, to make it open for everyone. Now, I don't mean offense, but I can see why you haven't found a husband yet.

Giving gay couples the right to marry will not mean that straight couples will no longer be allowed to marry. Straight people aren't losing any rights by allowing gay people the same rights.

Man "marries" dying cat

A German man has unofficially married his cat after the animal became ill and vets told him it will not live much longer, bbc.co.uk reports .

It said Uwe Mitzscherlich, 39, paid an actress 300 euros to officiate at the ceremony, as marrying an animal is illegal in Germany.

Mitzscherlich said he had wanted to tie the knot before his asthmatic cat Cecilia died, the website says.

The cat and groom have lived together for 10 years.

Actress Christin-Maria Lohri, who officiated the ceremony, said that at first she thought the request was a joke.

"At first I thought it was a joke. But for Mr Mitzscherlich it's a dream come true".
