Optimus Prime was originally Orion Pax (Or depending on which comic continuity you follow, he was Optronix, or just plain old Optimus). No one knows when Orion Pax was created, but when he was a young Cybertronian dock worker, he was brutally murdered by Megatron. Shortly after, the Autobot leader Alpha Trion rebuilt him into Optimus Prime, as that was when he received the Autobot Matrix of Leadership (the only way to get the name Prime in your name as an Autobot). I have to say I am disappointed that you seem to take something as fickle as the result of Google search - which merely sifts through the rumors and misguided opinions of so-called "Scientists" - instead of picking up a King James Version Bible and doing the math yourself as any God-fearing real scientist would do?

Why do you believe the Universe is some 14 billion years old? Do you also believe the nonsense that the Earth is some 4.5 billion years old?

I suspect you have been watching too much Christopher Hitchens or Tim Minchin... or is it the mandatory pot-smoking that they institute in the Netherlands that will condemn you to an Eternity in the Netherworld?

The initial creation, obviously, must have been spectacular, but He then spent the next ten to one hundred years painstakingly preparing the universe to appear older than it actually is.

Anything that "scientists" come up with that appears to show it is any older is evidence of what a great job Our Lord Noodle did.
