Obviously God. After all The Bible says somewhere in it God wrote it.

Actually the one why wrote The Bible (you know, with using a pencil and a paper) was a monk and it happened about 300 years after Jesus died. Sure, the "mental writing" might have come from God, who knows. I am an atheist so we sure have "some" disagreements in this but I don't see anything wrong with people thinking God gave the mental writing to the monk or whatever. But that monk put the actual writing on the paper.

Are you trying to say that Chuck Norris wrote the Bible too? Don't be ridiculous. I do respect Chuck are Christian, but he wasn't even born when the JKV bible was written.

Find me any normal scholar who thinks that. At most it's 85-170 years after!
