We don't think that we decide who goes to Hell. We don't think that we have the power to condemn folks. That's patently ridiculous.

No one sends anyone to Hell except oneself. The only one capable of damning you to Hell is you.

We are all students of the Bible, and we know how and why people are damned to Hell. That's why we are qualified to warn people, to try to get them to change their self-destructive behavior and accept Jesus before it is too late.

Why are you against our mission?

Oh, I completely agree with you there Pastor. In the end we are all judged by God.

Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measurement ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote (speck) that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and them shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:1-5

I just find it quite hilarious that some of the posters with the title "true christian" or "brother xxxx," are so quick to wish damnation upon others. I'm finished with this forum. I came here trying to figure out why some of you (biblethumpinblonde) are so racist or condescending on others, when they in turn offer no help or guidance.

that is very silly of you. We do not influence the Almighty anymore than you do. He influences us.
Another thing to ponder...God's version of banning is a whole lot more painful than anything you would face on earth. Eternity in pain...

Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. John 19:11

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgement, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Matthew 23:23

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Matthew 18:6

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
    -Rev 22:18,19.

Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: Mk 3:28,29.

I don't care what she thinks. I care what God thinks. I have an open Bible quiz for you about what God thinks of women.
    1. What is the "natural use of women" (Rom 1:27)?
    2. Who is the "head of a woman" (I Cor 11:3)?
    3. Is it ok for women to speak in church (I Cor 14:34)?
    4. If a woman wants to learn something, what should she do (I Cor 14:35)?
    5. Are wives required to obey their husbands (Col 3:18)?
    6. Should a woman be in a position of authority above a man (I Tim 2:11-12)?
    7. Is it good for a woman be afraid of her husband (1 Peter 3:1-2)?
    8. How should a wife address her husband (1 Peter 3:6)?

Of course not, that's absurd. Everyone deserves eternal damnation, and everyone who hasn't accepted Jesus as Lord IS assured of eternal damnation. Therefore, that avatar and title could rightfully be given to ANYONE who isn't saved.

If we accept Jesus as Lord, then and only then do we become assured of eternal salvation.

I hope this clears up misunderstandings.

    Hey, you're right!

    Numbers 11:32-33
32 And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.
33 And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.

AIDS is fulfillment of prophecy! Praise Jesus!

To answer your question here, some have blasphemed against the Holy Ghost. For others, the avatar and title serve as a glimpse of a possible (likely) future, like what the Ghost of Christmas future showed to Mr. Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol". It is a warning of the dire consequences they face.
So we are supposed to read "assured of eternal damnation" as "the future possibly holds eternal damnation for this person". You sound like some kind of pathetic liberal Christian. If the person has not blasphemed against the holy ghost, he should not be told he is eternally damned.

Ask our could be new president Hillary Clinton

See what she thinks of the idea of it not being plausable that a little girl could grow up to be whatever she wanted.

Although under the guidance of brother temperance it is likely she would never believe herself capable and so never do it.

    Thats murder.

Okay minute to laugh, sorry, biblethumpin blonde, I know its terrible to laugh but cracks me up everytime. I think I am entited.

but she is correct. I am a homer. not really flamin though.
And horror of horrors like millions of hellbound americans I am in fact waiting for my boyfriend to get off work so we can have some intimate time together. I am a sinner. But not a lonely one. I care for my family as best as I know how. I try to be there, I try to be supportive. When he is hurt I listen. When I am hurt I try to open. And I live in constent guilt and a horrified conscience not because I am gay but because I lied to my exwife. I hope she can forgive me.

plus she guessed my nick name
that is what my boyfriend calls me.
    Joshie. I love it.
means mister joe in korean as well.
    she is like family now.

although I am really confused on how, bible thumpin blonde, you would stick up for someone who does not believe she can do what she wants with her life because she is a woman.

I totally agree with how Landover people read the Bible, and even how they converse with people of other faiths. But I do agree that some posts are blatantly racist and blatantly designed to alienate people. That is not good.

For example when people are banned, it reads that they are sure to go to hell! Awful! How dare the person who wrote that deny the fact that this person can repent and wash himself clean with Jesus's blood? The probability that he wont does not give anyone the right to make such a statement.
