Re: Juggalo - Another False Religion

So, you're saying that God wouldn't incarnate Himself into a physical form, until He did it?
The first and only time the bible speaks of the Word being incarnate into the flesh was Jesus Christ. It says "In the beginning, there was God, and there was the Word, and the word was God and the word was with god. " The greek word that it is talking about that is translated into "Word" is actually Logoss, which means "Roughly and loosely" God's Law. So if in the beginning there was God and God's Law was God, if God and his law had even been made flesh as they were that would be the son of God Jesus Christ. And before that, since Christ was the First coming of Christ. God had never been made flesh. So when God created man in his image how could he create man in his Physical image when the Image of God has always been Logoss or TheTruth/God's Law
Are you a juggalo or not?

Are you a juggalo or not?
Yes as a fan of the music, NOT as a follower or Worshiper of the performers.
That's like saying that I didn't write this post, my keyboard and computer did.

Christopher Hitchens. He mocked God, so God smote him. Just like he'll smite you.
Ahh ok, thanks for the explanation.

To me this seems as though this is a metaphor of sorts. Now I make no claim to be a expect on Genesis. But the way I read is the Lord made us in his spiritual image. As god could never be confined to a physical image. I would believe that being the Creator of all things, space and time, he would not need to express his will to bring himself into a physical form. Until the coming of Jesus that is.

And I disagree, God did not leave us this book, scholars who he spoke through did.

What a rather hateful thing to say to someone, but that is ok. I respect your opinion. Please educate me as to Hitchens is, I am not familiar with this name or their doings.

Agreed, I live in the south of England but I cannot communicate with a geordie from Newcastle using English, totally hopeless. No, we can only understand each other if we use American.

My friend I have to disagree with you, God did not choosen American as the Language because American is not a Language, in America we primary speak English. However I guess in a sense you are half right as I believe it is now called American English.
I can tell you have not traveled extensively. Many people are under the false assumption that "English-speaking" countries are able to communicate seamlessly with each other.

    Not true.

A combination of military service, subsequent contractor assignments, and mission work has seen me all over the map. I'll give some examples that you can test once you get a passport:

    1. Go to any train station in northern England and say you want a round-trip ticket to Kings Cross.

    2. Go to an office building in Zimbabwe and yell out, "I need a rubber!"

    3. Go to South Africa and tell someone you want a "fanny pack."

    4. Go to a San Francisco street corner and call out, "I'd like a tossed salad!"

    etc.

    Yours in Christ,

I differently agree with you on that one, save for your interpretative of Genesis 1:27.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Correct. Only God can say that. Luckily, He left us a whole book saying what He does and doesn't want us to do.
Just as Forum Patrons there is nothing you can really say which will make way with any Juggalo. It seems our views may be too much of polar opposites.
Yes. We love Christ, you love retarded demons dressed as child molesters. It doesn't get much more opposite than that.
I will not say I agree with what many of you have said, I will say that I feel many of the forum Patrons, oddly enough the actual spiritual and religious figures (Rev. and Pastors) have seem to be the more immature of the posters, save for a handful of Juggalos who have replied.
Yes, but is it plausible that our Reverends, Pastors and Ushers could be a bunch of immature drunken idiots? No, that is clearly implausible, so Satan must be misleading you. Yet more proof of why God is right.
As I feel this was the real message behind Christ, If the Bible is correct then we are ALL gifted with the divine spark of the creator made in his spiritual image.
Please quote scripture to support your extremist argument, if you can.
Feel free to attempt to respond, if you do, please attempt to be mature about it. As I trust each and every one of you has the ability to hold a discussion with someone on the opposing site of a topic and discuss it with a open mind. I ask none of you to compromise your position on the subject. But rather only extend a bit of courtesy and respect when addressing me as I have attempted to do here.

    Best of wishes.

Words matter, friend. That is why God chose American as the language for His Word to be spread throughout the world.

That is a rather brash assumption would you not say? I do not believe any mortal can really say who God will and will not accept. For we have no way to understand him or his methods. We can only assume and hold faith that we follow this path correctly

I beg to differ. I am not seeing much tolerance from those Baptist and True Christians on this forum. I am seeing more idealism and intolerance.

I agree they should not be "Worshiped', as to your second comment, I do not understand why you would even make such a comment Pastor Sampson. This is not a attack on you, but I feel your comment was a but immature if not childish altogether.

Now I can certainly get the understanding of how you all feel, i checked out the Juggalo religion site. I will be the first to tell you, that is not how MOST of us self proclaimed juggalos feel. Now of course I have not read all posts and/or replies as frankly I think the entire discussion is becoming childish and useless. Juggalos it is obvious you are not going to change anyone's mind here. Just as Forum Patrons there is nothing you can really say which will make way with any Juggalo. It seems our views may be too much of polar opposites.

BUT this is ok, it is not out place to judge you, or try and convince you we are good people. Each individuals actions shall sew their own place, weather that is going to the promised land, or weather that is eternal damnation. I will say I have much hope that some of you will be more accepting of your brother and sister human beings regardless of their religion or music they listen to. As I feel this was the real message behind Christ, If the Bible is correct then we are ALL gifted with the divine spark of the creator made in his spiritual image.

I don't buy that judging by ICP's other lyrics. You know the ones about things like killing southern white people, fornication, and all the foul language.

Plus, that was before they got all mystical and cultish. You yourself admitted it is your religion.

Are they just a joke act that dresses like and acts like clowns or are they the leaders of a cult/gang?

I know that Catholics were responsible for there crusades and not Baptists...that was actually the point I was trying to make. They are still both forms of Christianity. Just as there are both peaceful and insane Juggalos, the same can be said for Christians and every other religion. The idea of the carnival is to just have fun, accept everyone from all walks of life, and to take care of your family. It just appeals to me more, because I like Halloween more than Christmas. I like face paint, fake blood, masks, cheezy horror flicks, collecting knives, and I like night better than day, but that doesn't make me a bad person in fact, I am an Infantry Soldier in the United States Army. As for some of their lyrics that you find disagreeable they are just meant to be funny and shocking. In the song "What is a Juggalo" the verse is all jokes (duh they are clowns) meant to make a point that anyone can join the Juggalos even a crazy guy who sticks nuts in soup, and in the chorus is the only "requirement" for being a Juggalo which is just being "down with the clown". Listen carefully...

Um, the Crusades were Catholics, not Baptists.
Just remember that one day a Juggalo might save your life.
Or chase me down the street with a hatchet. Or dunk his nuts in my soup, gloop?

I know it is your constitutional right to have this forum, but I do find it a little offensive to have my beliefs be called false.
    Why? They are.

But we do find it interesting that the Insane Clown Pansies have managed to bring some people to Jesus, and even claim that is their intent.

As this secular source points out:

The Insane Clown Posse, long known for lyrics encouraging rape and murder, and whose violent, hedonistic fans are known for carrying out the lyrics’ suggestions (most recently pelting Tila Tequila with their own feces like so many monkeys at the zoo), have all along been trying to lead people to Christ.

Hard to believe? But why? With lyrics like this:
    I’m hating sluts
Shoot them in the face, step back and itch my nuts
    Unless I’m in the sack
Cos I fuck so hard it’ll break their back.
    ...

How long have Shaggy and Violent J been tools of the Religious Right? Twenty years, they claim. How effective has their message been?

Check out scientific literacy in the United States to comprehend the bleak future they promote. Google “juggalo violence” and “juggalo crime” to see the fruits of their labors.
There may be hope for you yet, if you can take the step from the "Carnival" to Christ.
