Alright you people. I'm going to try to be nice here. I am somewhere in the middle of this mess, in sense that I completly disagree with the first person that criticized Gerard, but I don't fully agree with the defender.

When I say this, I am speaking on behalf of both me and my best friend, because after reading this post, we are both sickened.

I do realise what you accusers are saying, and a while ago, I agreed, I thought that Gerard was crazy and evil and I didn't want anything to do with him. I've changed my vision now and Gee is up there on my favorite famous people list, alongside Mike Donehey and Jon Foreman.

But I cannot believe that this site is a 'Christian Site' because none of you people are showing yourselves to be good Christians. Maybe it's because I'm Non-Denominational and not Baptist or Catholic, but a good Christian would be respectful that some people want to like certain things. I certainly don't agree that Gerard should be worshipped, because he is not God, but this girl has every right in the world to love him.

I love Gerard, but I am a devoted Christian that loves my Savior and my church. I also happen to love My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, and Tenth Avenue North, Switchfoot, Harvest Bashta, Rend Collective, Hillsong, Bethel, all of the worship music that I have built my music-lovin'-life on.

Jesus didn't call us to convert every person we laid eyes on. Jesus called us to act as he did, and help those who need help. It isn't our job as Christians to help people become Christian, it's Jesus who will make the biggest impact in the hearts of those who need a Savior. Gerard does not promote suicide, yes he was suicidal, during 2003-2006, also during that time he was an alcoholic, but in the present he is very happy and sober. your interpretation of him is very off, probably because you have never actually read anything about him, you just judge the book by the cover and go on. I am saved and only 13, but even I know this is wrong! you may say your saved but so far, im not convinced.
