Then we weigh 'im again.

If he weighs 21 grams less, then he had a soul. If he weighs the same after death as he weighed before, then he didn't have a soul.

Naturally, with science, you have to repeat experiments over and over again, so I reckon we'd need to do this to about a hundred gingers just to be sure.

We can do this, though. We can put this question to rest.

You will learn that God will resurrect all humans from unknowing death (Ecclesiastes 9:5) to immortal, perfect bodies. Then, He will cast all the nonbelievers and sinners of all stripes into His Lake of Fire and burn them alive forever.

Friends, I've got it! I believe nobody has stepped up to the plate for the simple reason that they could not thing of a way of proving, nor disproving, the notion that a read-headed person had a soul.

Fortunately, one Dr. Duncan MacDougall has posthumously come to our rescue!

By weighing dying people right before, and then right after, the moment of death, he proved conclusively that the human soul weighs 21 grams!

Now then, all we need to do is weigh a ginger before and after said ginger has been slain! What could be simpler?

I look forward to finally seeing this controversy put to rest once and for all.
