How would you know if they've done anything bad? You don't know the Bible.

The Bible lists what's good (stuff God loves) and bad (stuff God hates). If you haven't read the Bible, you don't know what God likes and what God hates, ie. the difference between good and bad.

You could be a nice person your whole life to everyone you meet, give money to charity, and help the poor and downtrodden. But if you don't give your heart and soul to Jesus, you're going to Hell because God hates you.

Let's remember that Proverbs 23:2 says: "Put a knife to thy throat if thou be a man given to appetite." And Judges 3:15-25 has Ehud killing the offensively obese Eglon, King of Moab, a sinner.
