Scientology has nothing to do with science. It is a made up religion by a science fiction writer.

While this is true, the methods used by them to treat their members is based on "scientific thinking".

They use this machine called an E-meter to measure how miserable you are. Well, to them I say, you can not measure misery through a machine, only through the distance between you and HIM.

HE is transcendent of all machines, and the mere notion that he can be measured by one (If it is measuring misery, then it is clearly measuring your lack of HIM), then you are being as blasphemous as those that worship the devil.

Then, they use a "scientifically proved method" (their words, not mine) to reduce your misery. This process has no readings from the Book. No prayer service. no sacrifice. How can one possibly remove their misery without this? There is no other way to become closer to HIM.
