My suggestion on this matter would be to take the boy outside and make him run laps around the yard for hours until he is far too tired to do this sinful act. And while he is running only allow him to stop when you feel the need to give him a smack with a nice bullwhip. While he running I would also suggest that you beat the mother of this child with a blunt object because she has failed her job of supervising the child. She is equally evil in this act and must be treated accordingly.
