An unconcious being had an identity, a fdamily, a name, a job.
Just an unconcious human has a life. This presona has already been alive.
In the concious state this person would prefer to be alive.

A foetus has NOT got a fully developed brain,
therefore it cannot distinguish between being conciousley aware or life or of being dead.
So if we were to remove this foetus from excistence then it would not mind as it cannot tell the difference.

Also, according to J.S Mill it is our LIBERTY to opt for abortions.
And Bentham was one clever man. The fact that he wanted to be mummified is slightly unique, but it's not necessarily a bad thing.
