Even more recently, they're planning to punish a game studio named "Crytech" that only produces violent games by shutting it down and putting all of those people out of a job. Go, German government.

Praise Jesus! This is the greatest idea Germany ever had since rounding up the Jews!

I can see my lobbying efforts to ban violent video games is paying off in Germany. I will happily admit that I may have had a doing in this. Last month I wrote a long letter to various governments in Europe as well as Canada and USA detailing all the horrible crimes that have been committed by video games. I did not appeal to them as a True Christian(tm) pastor, but as a concerned citizen. I did not use a Biblical base to ban these games, I appealed to their common sense when realizing the awful effects these games have on players.

I will not rest until every single video game is off of store shelves and kids spend all their hours staring at a King James Bible!

Why would anyone want to play violent video games anyway (or any for that matter)? Videogames just turn you into a corrupt demon spawn insane heathen.

If you want some action, just join the US army and hunt down some mooslims and take home some limbs as a tropheys to show off to your family and friends!

Totally agree! The King James Bible has plenty of gore and violence to satisfy any red-blooded American child. I remember as a young boy sitting at my godfather's knee as he read me tales of the Israelites' campaign of Holy death and destruction through Canaan, cleansing it to become a Godly homeland. Who needs pretend video games when you can read and hear about the real thing!
