If we wish our children to build in a Godly way, then there are always Lincoln Logs. They are made of pure wood given to us from God (and not from plastic made by secular human technology) and they are named after a Godly American president and made by an American company. And as to the issue of why does evil exist in the world, this has been well worked out and documented by theologians very much smarter than you centuries ago, and continues in it's refinement even to this day. To simplify this particular case down to your limited understanding, God's allows the human creators of Legos to exercise their free will to create these monstrosities, in order for that evil to be eventually crushed and for God to receive the glory.
