Certainly, there's no harm in beating a sinful child. Sometimes, however, I think a creative approach to punishment can be more profitable. I believe that these masturbating children should be made to confess their sins in open church and to ask the forgiveness of their fellow congregants. Not only will the shame they will feel hang over their heads as a lesson long after the beating would, but they will also learn the value of Christian redemption as their fellow parishoners forgive them.

True, i may look into that for now but getting them fitted with some kind of chastity device would definitely be more permanent and make sure those 2 boys never touch themselves again.

Metal ones are available also. Forsake them if they rub one of those off.

I sometimes find myself using extreme measures to make sure my children won't sin again. I feel tying hands behind backs, and public confessions are only temporary solutions and that if you really want to teach your son a lesson, cut one of their hands off.

I believe medicine has a place in this social problem. Ladies reading this might want to ask their husbands if they should read on. Those without husbands or a father, kindly stop here.

First, some personal history. When I was about 8, I discovered that my copulatory organ was quite a source of pleasure. I also noted that my older brother felt the same way, as he would sin like this after he thought I was in the land of slumber. Being younger and more innocent, I questioned my father as to whether he engaged in what I felt was an amazing experience. I was not prepared for his reaction.

When I woke up, I was across the room in the corner, and he was watching some black and white western movie. The bruise on my face helped discern the course of events. I quickly got up, and ran to our room. Seconds after, dad came to us - my brother and I - and first asked if my older brother was "spitting in the face of Jesus". He denied it. Being a loyal little brother, I said, "He's lying - look under his bed." Dad found the crusty socks filled with - well, you know - and began to sob and pray for us while he soundly beat my brother, giving him a matching bruise.

We were taken to a doctor and given a medication that took any sensation at all away from our little naughty parts and we were kept on this medication until we were 21. We were also forced to wear tighty whities that were 3 sizes too small at all times. Father performed sock checks and surprise nightly visits, during which he would reward us with trinkets if we were found sleeping.

These medications are still available, friends. Some of them will make it so difficult to achieve a stiffy the potential m*****bator will give up, while God laughs at his efforts. Others will allow the soldier to stand at attention, but completing the act - which is actually the sin - is impossible.

God made doctors for a reason - to help keep you from sin. I praise the Name of the Lord that my father cared enough about me to take measures that some would find abusive. What he actually did was protect my soul from the pits of Hell. I am willing to provide prescriptions for anyone in the Portland area, or I can fly to a place of your choice to ensure the necessary examinations are completed. Glory to God!

Thanks. Going to look into those. Will make it more difficult for him to remove but i still think some kind of chastity device would be better for both boys as it would ensure they never are able to touch. Looking into those too. This weekend i am using some humiliation punishment which i find very effective.

I don't know. That sounds expensive. I'm not poor but I have learn through my years as a parent that if you give your kids the idea that they are special enough for you to buy extra expensive equipment for them, they will grow to be entitled and possibly gay. Have you tried duck tape first?

I'm not so sure the something that is soft like lady parts and has a handle is such a good idea. That metal device looks great to me, though. I wish I'd had one of those installed when I struggled to overcome the Satanic temptation of Onanism.

Cut off your son's hands (Matthew 5:29), that way he will be saved from Hell and he will never masturbate again. However this is more of a light, practical form of punishment. If you want to make sure he can never read any of those awful magazines again, pluck out his eyes. Don't forget to beat him afterwards. He'll thank you when he doesn't go to Hell!

I worry though that doing that is counter productive as it will then send him to Hell Deuteronomy 23:1. Though disobeying your parents is also a sin (Ephesians 6:1, Colossians 3:20) , it's a toss up. It depends if you believe that the only way to teach a child not to sin is by sending them to a place of eternal agony.

Thank you. I have decided that i am going to get both of my boys fitted with a device like that. I never caught my youngest son but better safe than sorry and they will thank me when older
