Pediabear as you call it is the incorrect name for it. Pedobear is the real name of it. That bear is supposed to represent a pedophile hence the name Pedobear.

It originated from a Japanese website and is now more popular on English websites. It is mainly known on the internet.

I know it is disgusting that the cute little bear represents a pedophile but that is the truth. Whoever purchased that stuffed animal didn't know it represents a pedophile or knew and decided to be disgusting and give it to your daughter.
