Why don't we have a homeschooling thread?

I know I don't have children yet but once I find a submissive wife to obey me I intend to have 24 young male soldiers for Christ! And I have every intention of schooling them at home.

I think we should have a standing thread focusing on HomeSchooling.

    Praise Jesus!!

Have you tried the search feature? I'm sure we've had a few homeschooling threads, but we've not had a permanent one to exchange lesson plans and such. Is that what you had in mind?
    Matthew:
5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled
10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

A permanet one would be wonderful to put all of our Jesus Approved lesson plans in a single place for all of our servants who will teach our children don't have to hunt around all the time.

I think because the regulations change depending on where you live. For example BC, Canada has always been open to home schooling because there are numerous people that live in very remote areas. So the Government has set up strict guidelines about what needs to be taught at what grades. They also have province wide tests in Grade 3, Grade 6, Grade 9 and Grade 12.

My oldest aced the Grade 3 tests, however we're looking at the sciences of future grades. I think my wife will be teaching it in the "this is what you need to know to pass the exam". I don't want my sons to fail, but I don't want them to be brainwashed either.
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Well, it's certainly a good idea.

The KJV1611 is the only lesson plan a parent needs to train their children. My parents taught me and my 10 siblings at home. We would rise every morning at 4 and study the KJV the entire day. Everything you need to teach a child is in the Bible. If they get uppity or complain, a good spanking with the rod on the bare bottom will work nicely.
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. Proverbs 23:13

            Run to the KJV1611!

Here's a good link for teaching Biblical grammar:

                How about a homeschooling subfourm?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.
