I never professed to know what the Bible says word for word, but I will quote Mark 12:31 "And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these." But where in the Bible does it define "neighbour"? This is a legitimate question as--if the definition is contained in the Bible--you will know.

I see you didn't bother to read all of the post you quoted. I explained to you how to learn exactly what "neighbour" means as used in the Bible via a simple contextual analysis that should take less than 15 minutes. I even gave you a link to the completed search results.
