I will ignore the references to my partner and I as you do not know enough about us to pass such comments.
It does not say anything about "god" blessing the marrage.
Just that "god" has to witness it, and as the "god" in question is claimed to be omniscient and omnipresent then he must have witnessed the joining of ALMOS7's sister and the farther of her child, so at that moment they became man and wife did they not?

Of course you would see the SEXUAL coming together of two people as a viable (in the eyes of God) "marriage" because you and your "partner" have no chance of God's blessings on ANY count. You, not only break MANY of the ten commandments; if not all with your sinful ways, but you continue to brazenly spit in the eye of God with your constant mockery of His Word!
Of course you will try to justify the actions of his tramp sister, but it is not to comfort him in any way, but merely to justify your own sordid actions and sicko "lifestyle".
