I meant guy not gay - I had to repost that it was an accident because I know how much you christnuts are fearful of a sausage fest.

I can guarantee you that religion has killed more people than video games. With our without video games people will still kill each other, it's humanity. Just take BibleThumpinBlonde for example, as long as people like them portray hateful meanings towards anyone that lives with a free will there will still be murder.

Let's face it, the only reason this game is still alive is because Rock Star and Take-Two Studios see the cash cow it really is. All they have to do is release a new GTA every two years or so to keep the young generations placated. I admit that I have played the previous series, and they're pretty bad; I know that I would never have my child play it, and I would check with his friends parents to make sure they wouldn't let my child play if their children had it. I would break the disc in half so quick his head would spin.
GameStop does sell games with AO ratings, but even if they went to AO they will still sell as many copies as they did through what? The internet.

Rockstar spent $100 million dollars making GTA of course they're going to try to sell the game as much as possible. It's the first thing anyone in business would do - when you try to sell something sell as much of it as you can to make the profit. I'm surprised everyone is so insanely worked up over GTA when obviously there are other games that would be better classified as the "murder simulators" that are going to as you are so fearful of begin the collapse of the western civilization.

Have you even looked at Gears of War (which features a gruesomely awesome move where you literally take a chainsaw and cut through someone you can see their body rip apart and fall to the floor and their blood splatters against the screen).

Or Manhunt which indeed is completely based on murdering people as opposed to taking out gangs and having the choice to kill them or not. (Yes! In GTA4 you can do the game without killing everyone! SURPRISE!)

Oh what about Postal, where you play as a gay who "Goes Postal" which is a term referred to mailman and their killing spree. Yes your mailman may be a time bomb waiting to blow. Anywho in Postal your wife is only referred to as "The Postal Dudes B*tch". Well as the Postal Dude you're given tasks to complete like getting milk etc. But like GTA you can do them without killing everyone.

Also GTA is aimed for adults well at least one year younger than what is legally considered an adult (18 for those whom baby their kids through life)
They are far from aimed at young ones. BUT, I appreciate the fact that you as an adult are doing what they should be doing. Actually monitoring what their kid is doing and playing - that is what every parent should be doing until they have the ability to do things themselves.

    HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Uhhh...Correct me if i'm wrong, but wouldn't using a random sample keep the results unbiased? As so to not choose one group that you know will argue with you entirely and prove something for the better of the community, not just to make yourselves look good? But i guess most of the people on this forum wouldn't know what i'm talking about there, would you?

Well, this sucks. I've been looking forward to playing this since it was announced, and I don't get to, but somehow some crazy farmer gets to? Bah, life isn't fair

Gonna be the best game to come out this year, gonna yet universal praise, so just sit there and sulk. Won't solve anything.

I can say that GTA 4 is somewhat bad, but that doesn't mean it deserves a higher rap than any other GTA game.
I played the first a long time ago, I didn't think it was that bad.

Wait a second. Are you trying to say that if you can find 110 perfectly balanced people who don't play video games, that would still prove that video games aren't evil?

All that proves is that the English goths are too effete and limp-wristed to even shoot up their own schools properly. The fact that half of them are vegans doesn't help much either. Besides, what about Dunblane? Or the goth suicide bomber, Sophie Lancaster?
