I don't say one race/religion/sexual preference or anything other large clump of people is any better than others, but I know damned good and well that we are NOT all "equal". To hell with political correctness. No way is my straight-A son "equal" to the dumb redhead kid in his class. Unfortunately, because of piffleing Bush's "no child left behind" crap, the rest of the class cannot move on and LEARN anything else because his retarded little brain can't seem to grasp the simplest of concepts on the first, or even the second or third try. Possibly, Pastor Peter's motive for home-schooling are more to do with standards. Proper standards , that reflect achievemnt accurately.

You were very quick to boast of your straight A child and his problems as he becomes retarded.

However, have you thought about those A's...they are achieved in an environment of controlled mediocrity, where a diminshed return on input and reflected achievment is reagarded as the correct process.
Thus surely, and A awarded in such a sub-standard situation probably only equates to a D achieved in a situation where excellence is encouraged or demanded.
Perhaps you should remove your child from his inferior school so can you try to turn his disguised D's into real A's before he it is too late for him to catch up.
