Bad news.
Trees are taking over the world of men despite God telling us that He Created them only to be subdued by us (Genesis 1:28). A new study has counted every single tree on Earth and the conclusions are alarming: There are much more trees growing everywhere than previously!
After a quick calculation by using the mathematical methods designed by Creation Science (division) I concluded that previously there were only 56 trees/person on earth. This is a 7.6-fold increase. We must consult the Bible when we assess what this means.
1. While some trees are useful and should not be cut down (e.g., those that produce meats (Deuteronomy 20:18-20), all the other trees should be destroyed and cut down.
2. God seems to have an aversion towards trees. He definitely does not want to have them anywhere near the places of Worship!
3. The distinction between fruit-bearing trees (a false Christian interpretation of the word "meat" as seen above in the listed item #1) and other trees was perhaps valid during the OT times, but Jesus hated also fruit-bearing trees. Thus, the literal reading of "meat" takes precedence.

4. Men of good standing are those who cut down trees:
5. Trees are used by God to show us His Wrath against all the sodomistic sinning that takes place on Earth:
This means that only when the trees become few, shall we see adequate repentance and only then will the people stay upon our Lord. The more trees, the more unlikely we are to see Jesus return in all His glory. This is also clearly stated in the last and perhaps one of the most important parts of the Bible.
Trees are dangerous. They are there to kill us. I have here some relevant examples:

And, as evidenced by this post, they are also detrimental when it comes to the End of Times and Rapture. I've been waiting for Jesus to appear for years but disappointments have been following one another. Now we know why! The trees have swarmed and multiplied and even the secular scholars admit that there is a "negative relationships between tree density and anthropogenic land us". This means that trees prevent us from our endeavors and from meeting Jesus up in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
Brethren, I cut a tree this morning. Now there are only 421 trees that I'm responsible of. The chain saw was heavy and my arms ache but I promise I'll cut the next one as soon as my convalescence from this exertion is over.
Yours in Christ,
Elmer
Trees are taking over the world of men despite God telling us that He Created them only to be subdued by us (Genesis 1:28). A new study has counted every single tree on Earth and the conclusions are alarming: There are much more trees growing everywhere than previously!
In a blockbuster study released Wednesday in Nature, a team of 38 scientists finds that the planet is home to 3.04 trillion trees, blowing away the previously estimate of 400 billion. That means, the researchers say, that there are 422 trees for every person on Earth.
However, in no way do the researchers consider this good news.
“The negative relationships between tree density and anthropogenic land use exemplify how humans contend directly with natural forest ecosystems for space,” the paper observes.

1. While some trees are useful and should not be cut down (e.g., those that produce meats (Deuteronomy 20:18-20), all the other trees should be destroyed and cut down.
- Deuteronomy 20:20 - Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.
2. God seems to have an aversion towards trees. He definitely does not want to have them anywhere near the places of Worship!
- Deuteronomy 16:21 - Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.
3. The distinction between fruit-bearing trees (a false Christian interpretation of the word "meat" as seen above in the listed item #1) and other trees was perhaps valid during the OT times, but Jesus hated also fruit-bearing trees. Thus, the literal reading of "meat" takes precedence.
- Matthew 21:19 - And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

4. Men of good standing are those who cut down trees:
- Psalms 74:5 - [A man] was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
5. Trees are used by God to show us His Wrath against all the sodomistic sinning that takes place on Earth:
- Amos 4:9 - I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured [them]: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
- Isaiah 10:17-20 - And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day; And shall consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body: and they shall be as when a standardbearer fainteth. And the rest of the trees of his forest shall be few, that a child may write them. And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
This means that only when the trees become few, shall we see adequate repentance and only then will the people stay upon our Lord. The more trees, the more unlikely we are to see Jesus return in all His glory. This is also clearly stated in the last and perhaps one of the most important parts of the Bible.
- Revelation 8:7 - The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

. We have only just got rid of the last tree. In the meantime we allowed the pigs to forage for fruit, so I suppose in that sense they were bacon-bearing trees. Sorry, just my little joke there, but would a tree whose fruit or leaves were eaten by a meat-providing animal such a a giraffe count as a meat-bearing tree?
