I suppose this is the Trifecta. Like the Trinity but in the worst example of arrogant indifference one could summon from folks who purport to be 'True Christians'.

Easter weekend, a time even the secularists accept as a proper holiday during which the greatest sacrifice in history took place, has come and gone and nary a mention from the leaders of this rag-tag bunch of flim-flam artists.

Anyone who has made three posts here gets a happy birthday thread but Jesus, having died on the cross for everyone's sins, gets no mention on the anniversary of his death and resurrection.

Why?

Is there no money to be made by celebrating his amazing act of self-sacrifice?

Did everyone in charge here forget what happened on that weekend two-thousand years ago?

Was the internet down in Turniptown for three days?

We Catholics admit that we are slightly less than perfect on the very odd occasion but for our meager shortcomings we know enough to say thank-you to Jesus on the most important time of the year since the day He was born.

Nice work.

Seriously.

Even I never thought that the local disinterest to His teachings around here would bring us to such a sad state of affairs.

What is this all about? First clue:

Why this fancy dress-party indeed? What difference do the hundreds of thousands of cultists make if their heart is with the Devil (1 John 3:8). This is a smokescreen to make people believe that they are worshiping Jesus while the Catholic Cult could not care less. You've abandoned Jesus long ago. You've made Crucifixion obsolete. This is clearly stated in the catholic doctrine that Frances supports. Frances says that the Jesus is unnecessary and can be disposed of! He endorses Jew and Muslim Salvation (apparently ignorant of, e.g., John 14:6).

The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day.

Yes, the ignorant masses gather to hear the Frances talk about urbans and orbits, of the hypothetical and ultimately failed orbits of "planets" above the Firmament. All this with the swarming cultists is but an ad populum argument. In fact, the more followers a cult has, the more likely it is to be Satanic. Third clue:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

We are among the few. Those on the Square are not. It is simple and it is True™. While the ignoramuses were hailing their oligarchy, True Christians™, i.e., we, were praying and asking Jesus to shine His light in the sodden hearts of the cultists.
