You do believe that Jesus was God, right? And that Mary was His Mother? So Mary is the most Holy Mother of God and as such is blessed among women and the Lord is with Her.

The honor Catholics and E. Orthodox pay to Mary is not that of worship given to God. Why not believe the Holy Bible when it declares that the Lord is with Mary and that She is blessed among women?

Mary is a stealth false god[dess]. Lots of the Romans liked the good time holidays of their local deities and when the Catholic Church wanted to fold them into their false flock, they co-opted pagan traditions by sprinkling "holy" water on them and associating them with figures in the Scriptures.
