That should put her in her place, Brother Bryan.

I can't imagine living in a country where law enforcement is hired for its movie-star appeal, "The Royal Mounted Police." You have to guess homers have infiltrated that set of actors just like they have infected Hellywood.

The weak minority who disagree will probably be in their usual position of face-in-the-pillow or legs-around-their-ears so won't be missed anyway. That is, until Mr. Trump institutes a 6am and 6pm salute the flag ritual as part of our daily American dialogue. Along with checking the immigration papers of our neighbors, of course. SALUTE! SALUTE!
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

Re: Let's Require the National Anthem Before Every Public Event

I was shocked to learn that India is a step ahead of us in terms of patriotism. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-38298821 People are arrested for failing to stand for the national anthem. Why can't we show this kind of patriotism here in the United States?

The original ruling even showed true patriotism by requiring disabled people to stand as well.

In October, a disabled man who had been carried from his wheelchair to a seat, described how he was assaulted by other members of the audience for not standing for the anthem.
Unfortunately, this ruling was later amended to give an exception to lazy people who would rather pretend to be disabled than show respect to their nation. I'd like to hope there are a few patriots around that would be willing to teach these unpatriotic bums the meaning of hard work by knocking some sense into them! Or at the very least giving them a good rebuking. I bet the NFL players, like the people in wheelchairs, are just too lazy to stand up!

The ruling says that the anthem must be played in all cinemas, accompanied by an image of the Indian flag, and everyone must stand. It also stated that the doors must remain closed to prevent people from entering or leaving. The court later amended the ruling to exempt disabled people.
However, this does give us a chance to shine and set an example for the other nations of the world. We're willing to stick to the principle where India is not! I hope Trump will soon implement a law forcing everyone, including the so-called "cripples" to stand up for our national anthem!

Trump already is making lazy bums who won't even get up to get their own food and rely on others to hand-deliver food to them put in a modicum of effort by cutting meals on wheels. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/meals-o...act-on-voters/ Lets make those lazy bums stand for our anthem too!
Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

Don't get me wrong, I am not a nazi or anything like that, but look how proudly they salute the Flag and stand up for the National Anthem!
