Friend, I appreciate how on fire for the Lord you are and I think you're doing an excellent job here, and while it's true that Bozo will no doubt end up back in quarantine as I believe it's unlikely he'll be able to control his uppity sass, but be careful when you walk the line between a warning of the consequences of one's actions and a threat of those consequences. A moderator with a less compassionate demeanor than myself might take it the wrong way and send an infraction your way.
Now as for Bozo, for some reason Sister SUV has taken a shine to him, so we're praying that her kindness to him will help lead him to Jesus. Still rebuke him when he deserves it, but be comfortable in the fact that we are keeping our eyes on him at all times.
