    Favorite Bible Verses

Every time a new visitor joins us, he or she is asked for a favorite Bible verse.

Why don't those of us who are already Saved(c) join them in sharing OUR favorites!

My personal favorite is in my signature. How about you?
    Bible boring? Nonsense!

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. [Matthew 10:28]

This verse confirms that Hell is real, and that it involves physical torture as well as mental. Those pansy false Christians will wish they had read this verse when they're being flayed alive by demons for eternity.

      Re: Favorite Bible Verses

And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.
      Numbers 11:1-2

In just two lines, it shows that if you anger God he will smite you, but if you ask for forgiveness, he will stop smiting you.

Well said, Mr. Dickinson, and welcome!

We could all use a little more fear of God in our lives.

          Re: Favorite Bible Verses

Hello Fellow True Christans I just wanted to introduce myself and share my favorite bible verse with everyone:

"But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs." Timothy 6:9-10

Recently, I made the decision to move to Freehold so I could be with like minded people. I told my wife "Woman Get your simpleton rear end in the El Camino we are moving to Iowa!"

There are a couple of houses I am looking at but can't decide on. I could sure use some help.

          This one:

          This one:

          Or this one:

The real estate lady said they all have running water and elektisity so I can shine the lights on my rifle collection.

Only one has an outhouse though

Oh well, Momma always told me to always Remember Deuteronomy 23:1
"No one whose testicles are crushed or whose male organ is cut off shall enter the assembly of the Lord."

SO far it's never failed me.
Do not despise the lords discipline and do not resent his rebuke, because the LORD disciplines those he loves, as a father does the son he delights in. -Proverbs 3:11-12

Excuse me, Oily, those words do not appear in my Bible.

I think you might be using a false Bible.

We True Christians(tm) only use the King James Authorized Bible.

              Dear friend:

              1. We always quote from the King James Bible here.

              2. You are not a True Christian™ until Our Lord and the DOF have certified you to be one.

              3. There is a separate introduction forum.

              Thank you.

Brother, forgive me, but nothing like that is anywhere NEAR Freehold. I'm pretty sure that if you look in the back yard, you will see the old house, as in the attached picture.

I think what you want is something a little nicer with a calm, relaxing and interesting entryway into the parlor. Here's my hallway.

Pastor, that does look reassuring! Coming home to such a well-appointed home must surely cause you to breathe a sigh of contentment.

Oh, and one of my favorite Bible verses:
                        Deuteronomy 23:2

A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
