  • Contemplating a Sin? Remember, Jesus has a Bullwhip

Moving around Freehold as I do, I encounter people talking about different religious topics and wondering about such things. One topic is the nature of Jesus. What is He like? Will He like me? People wonder how they will interact with Him when he returns.

We who are lay people can read the Bible. The Bible is clear on how Jesus reacts to sin. When He entered the Temple and found the money changers, He dumped over their tables and whipped them with His bullwhip. The lesson here is that when you sin, you will be fortunate to die before Jesus returns. You will simply burn forever in hell. But, if He returns before you die, you will first be whipped by Jesus and the descend into the fires of hell. Take sin seriously.

Should we be scared of Jesus?

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Now is as good a time as any to recall Romans 13. Disobedience in any form is not acceptable to God and risks judgement unilateral Executive action.

Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

You could not have come up with a better time to site Romans 13, Dr. Toole. A judge was properly cuffed and hauled off because she failed to carry out Trump's orders. Throw away the key.

That's right Mr. Mayor. When the Big Guy says something you better listen. Or forget, it depends. Either way DO NOT screw up, capiche?

I'm thinkings these judges would better take orders from President Trump if they knew a place in El Salvado was waiting for them. Maybe, since they are judges, the plane taking them there could be air conditioned. That luxury would end once there arrived in the jails there. I don't think there is any air conditioning in the El Salvado jails.
