I tend to pay based on work done. So when I go out to the south field today and find the ENTIRE crew playing soccer, I feel I am justified to dock them all a half days wage. I'm not paying these people $45 a day to kick around a ball. If they do it again tomorrow I'm going to take them all back top Home Depot and get some better ones.

Why on earth do those people need $45 PER DAY?
It's a well known fact that the local mission that caters to those people provides free nightly accomodations along with a lavish evening meal. ($0)
The local Burger King proudly advertises its dollar menu and that should take care of breakfast and lunch ($2)
The Goodwill store is a realiable source for clothing. ($0)
A two way ticket on the local bus route is less than three dollars. ($3)
Should one of them get the "sniffles" there's the local charity hospital or the free clinic. ($0)
By my calculations, the minimum wage should be $5 a day. Throw in another dollar or two and they'll have enough to wire home as much as $10 a week. And we all know how far a dollar can go "south of the border."

No, here in the country they all pile into their vehicles and drive. My foreman picks up a van full every morning. I bought him that van just so he could.He didn't put spinning wheels or a big radio in it either so I know he's a good one. Not to mention he can load up that van like nobodys business, and it isn't. His record is 23.
We don't have any buses out here. We don't have paved roads out this far except the one I live on of course. It's the one the local teens use to drag race on which is fine by me so long as they don't wreck into my fences. I am a reasonable man afterall, which is why it burns my britches to see a whole crew out there playing with their balls instead of working.God bless America, the Second Amendment and the Constitution. Well aren't you the Sassy Sally. I believe you will be in more trouble than an Iranian airline mechanic if you keep that up.
If you must know it was during MY free time. I was headed over there to bring a fish plate and a cold grape soda to the bossman and caught them in my field kicking a ball around. I think they saw me coming because no one would touch it and they were trying to kick it off into the brush where I wouldn't see it. Being sneaky by keeping it low but I saw it alright.
Burt(the boss) was indisposed taking care of a bodily function otherwise I'm sure he would have put a stop to it.God bless America, the Second Amendment and the Constitution.
