Of course our minds are closed. We're True Christians and follow the Bible 100%. Did you mean closed-minded?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Re: A passage of the Bible that people have missed

Mennonites I don't see anything wrong with them. They teach from the New Testament.

Baptism of Believers only the Last is Wrong. Baptism of Blood was done by Jesus.

Repent Accept and Sealed by the Holy Spirit is a Three Phase Process. Two You do On Your Own. One is Done by the Holy Spirit. You don't chose this it is given to you.

        Again it will be =]

Judge Not be Not Judged it is simple and very difficult at the same time. Just as I have just done. It looks as if I have judged the Mennonite Church. No I just pointed Out something that is Wrong.

Yes you walk in the path and turn the other cheek. No One that follows this can go wrong. But throwing One out of Your Church because they fall and turning your Back upon them is not in the New Testament.

Only God excommunicates you. You are to Show them where their Morals were lost.

          Matthew 6:9-13

9"This, then, is how you should pray:
          " 'Our Father in heaven,
          hallowed be your name,
          10your kingdom come,
          your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
11Give us today our daily bread.
          12Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.

13And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

Galilean transliteration of the Lord's Prayer
          Avvon d-bish-maiya, nith-qaddash shim-mukh.
          Tih-teh mal-chootukh. Nih-weh çiw-yanukh:
          ei-chana d'bish-maiya: ap b'ar-ah.
          Haw lan lakh-ma d'soonqa-nan yoo-mana.
          O'shwooq lan kho-bein:
          ei-chana d'ap kh'nan shwiq-qan l'khaya-ween.
          Oo'la te-ellan l'niss-yoona:
          il-la paç-çan min beesha.
          Mid-til de-di-lukh hai mal-choota
          oo khai-la oo tush-bookh-ta
          l'alam al-mein. Aa-meen.

Everyone Knows Jesus was a Galilean and not a Jew. Are These Two Prayers the Same? I know not; because they are not does it mean that you are not going to be saved? Again No because you have the Basic Faith and Belief in God and His Son.

          Matthew 6:9-13
"(Therefore, this is how you shall pray
Our heavenly Father, hallowed is your name.
Your Kingdom is come. Your will is done,
As in heaven so also on earth.
Give us the bread for our daily need.
          And leave us serene,
just as we also allowed others serenity.

And do not pass us through trial,
except separate us from the evil one.
          For yours is the Kingdom,
          the Power and the Glory
To the end of the universe, of all the universes." Amen!

Look at the Difference Here in These Two Prayers. One is For the Past One is for the Present.

All Churches are different but the Basics Required Have Been Met. Believe it or Not.

          Again its Time to Change

Well Bless your nutty little heart, Chip! This is the first thing I've heard you say clearly that I can agree with wholeheartedly.

But you might be surprised to hear that few people seem to know this fact. We get folks waltzing in here day in and day out, Christian and heathen alike, all of whom insist that Jesus is a damned joo. It burns me up, Chip.

Re: A passage of the Bible that people have missed

Well thank you Pastor. People believe that he was Born on 25 December also and that's not true or Was IT?

Eastern Rite Churches chose the 6th of January.
Western Church the 25th of December. He Was Conceived on this Day. He Was Born in September 10 5 BC =6 for the six months of John.

Six Months after the Birth of John.

So Christians Should be against Abortions. He Was the Lord in the Womb. We Celebrate His Birthday as His Conception Day.

The Eastern Rite Church Chose the 6th because it Represented the Day of Man.

John was born in March. Join Our Home Now. Jesus Died in March 14 Nisan

Re: A passage of the Bible that people have missed

I'm a little late to this party, but let's take a look at this passage.

Originally posted by Jasper View Post

Don't speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge. Only one is the lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge another?.
First, let's start with the correct translation:

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Speaking evil means bearing false witness, same as the 9th commandment. Judging the law is what liberal Christians do when they use the word "barbaric" to describe God's commands to stone homosexuals and incorrigible children.

God gives us the law, and it is not our place to decide whether God's laws are immoral or unjust.

I hope you find this explanation helpful, Jasper.

Upon request I will cite scripture for all these facts in God's Holy Word.

✝ This is a Christian community and we worship GOD of the Holy bible, the only Living GOD. We worship Jesus Christ, Son of GOD and Savior. Anything else is absurd. ✝
