    Trying to understand

I recently posted a message on these boards as the first step towards receiving Gods love. I was going to try and send a private message to someone I thought appropriate, but alas, I did not have permission to send a private message.

When I came back on to check the progress of said message, I discovered that not only had it been deleted, but I am under some kind of permanent ban. I had also received a notice stating that I am on moderation.

The message said that I was spreading lies about these forums, when I wasn't. I was simply trying to make sure that I was heading towards the light.

Please help me, I simply want to see the light.

Are you ok in the head friend? If you were permanently banned why are you still allowed to post? Are you denying the strength of Sweet Baby Jesus to not only ban you but smite you with a painful disease or send you directly to hell at this moment if He so wished? Are you some kind of Christ mocker?

He is simply on Moderation actually, but he is a Christ mocker all the same.

I don't get it. Why call me a Christ mocker when I said that I'm trying to find my way in the sea of false gods?

Don't be getting all sensitive; Christ hates whiners.

          Let's start over.

Friend, I'm Deaner, moderator at Landover Baptist Forum; Jesus's home on the internet. Tell us a little about yourself, what's your favorite Bible quote?

Thank you, I like that idea.

Well, here's the thing, I don't feel I've read enough of the bible to really have a favorite quote. See, I've only just started to sit down and look at focusing on one religion. I've been trying to keep an open mind in hopes to find the one that is right and true, but it can get difficult at times.

Before I log off for the night though, I'd just like to say that I never intended to offend anyone with my first thread. It's just that my search for the true faith has been long and tiresome. And when I saw what I did, I just wanted to know more about it and make sure that I was still going to be able to talk to the right people here. I'm sure SalvationSeeker is aware of what I'm speaking of.

            Goodnight.

Tell us friend, what is your favorite version of the King James 1611 Bible? Hardcover or softcover? Personally I enjoy hardcover because it becomes twice as effective as a weapon, existing dually as the sharp edge of God's word and an effective projectile to hit Jehovah's witnesses with when they come to my doorstep, preaching their False "Christianity."

Also, tell us about your American experiences and how you are letting Christ(and of course, GW use you to further the agenda of God's favorite Nation, The United States! Hooah!
Proverbs 23:13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

I did see your first thread and understand the reaction you got. Allow me to explain:

Many False Christians only follow bits and pieces of the Bible, like John 3:16. They say that huge parts of it are outdated, or don't apply, or are just historical reference, or allegory, or are misunderstood or wrong. In other words, they claim that God, who created the Universe and can change space-time at will, can't make sure His own book is written properly.

They come here, find that we follow the whole Bible, not just the "pink and purple rainbow clouds hippie lurve" verses, and decide that WE must be making things up or lying about God. They make all manner of false accusations against us, and confuse visitors who might otherwise become Saved.

I would suggest that, if you ever question the validity of our Biblical references, you look up the Scripture yourself in your own KJV1611. If you do not have one handy, try www.biblegateway.com, but be sure to set it to King James Version. I believe it defaults to the New Infidel Version.

If you like, you can pre-test yourself on the Bible by going to www.landoverbaptist.org/quizlist.html and taking a few Bible quizzes! They're fun AND oh-so-educational!
