I could not believe it when they wrote the gay guys into the script of One Life To Live. I have been watching that soap since I was a kid. I don't watch every day, but I try to catch it on Fridays. Well, the story line started with this guys mom THINKING he was gay because she found a book called "How to tell your parents you're gay", or something like that. She totally accepted his gayness when she thought he was. Well, the original actress refused to play that part in the script because she's a Christian, and they fired her. Bummer, I really liked her. Now they show guys kissing, laying in bed together, etc.
Anyway, I said all that to say this: I am so sad about these homosexual situations on the show and I feel the need to quit watching. But I've been watching so long I hate to quit! Am I too shallow? I know the hidden agenda here- shove this stuff down our throats until we accept this 'lifestyle' as the norm. No way!
