Even better: Why could not the creature simply dig it's way through the hosts skin/exoskeleton and use the blood stream to infest vital organs with it's young. There would be bountiful nutrients for not just the young, but the mother creature as well. All the while, the host would feel a giant pain as every one of it's internal organs are chewed on by tiny little creatures, and one big one.

Many such creatures actually exist. Glory to God the Creator!
God's creation is wonderful indeed: there are worms that eat, and live in, your liver, heart, intestines.. Even your brain. Glory!
There are diseases that will make you bleed from every orifice while slowly choking on your own blood.
There are flies that lay it's young under your skin, worms that live and reproduce under your skin:
And lots of tiny and cute litte animals that can kill you (PAINFULLY) with one bite, or sometimes simply a touch.
All this wonderful creation testifies to the Glory of God, and the truth of Creationism.

Joo and Homertard are quarantined? Huh. I don't pay much attention to the comings and goings of the unsaved and just assumed they finally gave in to their animalistic lust and moved to Soviet Canuckistan to get "married".
