Is it a sin to take a cab ride if the driver is a Muslim?

I wanted to go to church this morning but when the cab showed up there was a dirty, smelly Muslims driving the cab so I didn't go!

    Praise The Lord!

I'm on the path to salvation!

Sounds like the Lord sent you a trial and you failed. Not going to Church doesn't sound like the path to salvation to me.

Maybe spend that money on a new pair of shoes so you can WALK with the Lord ..

1 John 1:6-7 (King James Version)
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
      2 Chronicles 7:14
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land Australia.

I see how it is, Jesus gets the beating of His life, is forced to drag a very heavy cross across the city. He is then nailed to the cross erected to an upright position, stabbed in the side with a spear, and left to die(temporary), all for you. He did that for YOU, for all of us. But no YOU find it offensive to take a cab ride with a smelly mooslim. Granted I would not do it either, but do you have feet? WALK next time.

So what you're saying is God wants me to employ the hell bound?

No God expects you to do what ever is necessary to get to Church! Buy a Car, walk, run or crawl, just get your backside in the pew.

How long was the cab ride?

You wasted that opportunity to witness to a hell bound.

You could have saved him from eternal damnation if you were not so judgemental. It is not for us to judge but for God to do so.

              Ecclesiastes 3:17 (King James Version)
17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.

Sounds like someone is not familiar with Mark 12. I guess that's what was being covered at your church today.

Sister, We are allowed to judge others.

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

Psalm 37:30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

Proverbs 31:9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1st Corinthians 5:12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
1st Corinthians 5:13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

How many miles is it to the nearest Baptists church?

Well you're not going to find a real Christian driving cab on a Sunday, so who exactly were you expecting to pick you up?

Sister Charli is right that you wasted a perfect witnessing opportunity. The fun thing about witnessing to cab drivers is if they get upset, you can turn them into their employer or the taxi commission.

Oh, and 6 or 7 miles really isn't that far to walk for Jesus is it?
