I bet you will be excited and pleased to know that I have been Baptized in the name of the Father, The Son, and of the Holy Ghost last Sabbath at church!

Taking the vows to spend my life serving Christ, studying the Bible and believing the Divinity of the writings of Ellen G. White was the most spiritually and mentally liberating moment of my life.

The water was freezing cold, but it's better than hellfire, amen?!

I have broken up with my girlfriend, as she refused to stop wearing jewelry or attend church with me. But that's just as well because now I have more time to devote to my church and God!

I have thrown all of the meat products out of my house and am beginning my life as a vegetarian. One of the ladies in my church said she could take my orders for soy foods when she orders in bulk for the rest of the church members, and only for a modest sum!

I know you're all very happy for me!

We're God's remnant church, I'm not sure what that is, but we are it.

Ellen G. White was God's final prophet to the world. I'm still learning about her so of course I don't know very much yet.

But she lived in the late 1800s and penned thousands of pages detailing God's instructions to us regarding vegetarianism, the End Times, and even a birth-to-death biography of Jesus which HE dictated to her directly! It's amazing!

There's a soy alternative to all the meat you can think of, including unclean meats! I felt torn when I was shown the truth too, but then I realized how much sense it makes!

Firstly it is neither normal nor Christian to be a so called "vegetarian".

God wants us to eat meat and that is why he gave us such a bountiful smorgasbord of life sustaining protein enriched delicious animals to harvest including Pork, Beef, Lamb, Venison, Chicken etc.

You will note that God made these animals to consume vegetable matter so as to grow, mature and ultimately adorn our propane Barbecues and dinner plates

I.e. Christians eat meat
I.e. Pigs, Cows,Sheep, Deer and Chickens etc. eat vegetables / grains to become meat for man - Simple really, even for you

Secondly what has Betty White got to do with the teachings of the Bible???

Applying the term "Black Arts" to a Christian religion is offensive.

You may choose to ignore the truth I am presenting but to equate it with the witchcraft I was previously lost in is very extreme.

Because I am an open-minded person I decided to do some research based on what you're saying. I have concluded that Ellen White is even more correct than ever.

I too was concerned at first that she might be an imposter or agent of the devil, but the inquisitive mind will soon be put to ease with this objective look at the legitimacy of Mrs. White:

A true prophet’s predictions will “come to pass” (Jeremiah 28:9).

The fulfillments of this test in the ministry of Ellen are many, but one of the most startling may be the 1906 San Francisco/Oakland earthquake. Having received warnings of impending judgment upon the city for many years prior, she had her final and most detailed vision regarding its destruction on April 16, 1906. She saw houses “shaken like a reed in the wind” and buildings falling to the ground. “Pleasure resorts, theaters, hotels, and homes of the wealthy were shaken and shattered. Many lives were blotted out of existence, and the air was filled with the shrieks of the injured and the terrified. … It seemed that the forbearance of God was exhausted, and the judgment day had come.”

That's right, after years and years of warnings sent by God regarding the modern Sodom, San Francisco, God finally struck the evil city down to the ground. And guess who knew it was going to happen all along? Ellen G. White.

Nobody but an inspired messenger (I have been informed by my pastor we don't say "prophet") could have predicted an Earthquake in a city built atop a fault line.

A true prophet will glorify God rather than himself (John 16:13).
The central theme of Ellen’s writings was The Great Controversy between Christ and Satan. Her efforts were always aimed at bringing people to the matchless grace of Christ. Her famous Conflict of the Ages books begin and end with the phrase “God is love.” She said, “We must gather about the cross. Christ and Him crucified should be the theme of contemplation, of conversation, and of our most joyful emotion.” She added, “Make Christ first and last and best in everything.”

Few communicators of her caliber refrained from taking credit and glory for themselves. In spite of her great accomplishments, Ellen felt a perpetual sense of dependency upon God. Of public speaking, she said, “When I am about to speak to the people … I have such a sense of weakness that it seems like an impossibility to stand before the congregation.” She would then pray, “Jesus, I hang my helpless soul upon Thee; Thou will not suffer me to be brought into confusion.”

This is what proved it for me. Ellen White always took great strides to remind people how humbled she was to have been chosen -out of millions of possible messengers- by God to speak for HIM to the modern world. Clearly this was not about her.
