  • Is child support in the bible

Just had a thought since some sexist stuff does come up here. No..never!

So what is your own take on this? I know a broad question, but was just curious what LBC would have on the matter. WWJD? Well first he did knock up Mary. Really Joseph was the step - dad so to say. You think if God (the dad, in this case) left his child that Joseph should have to pay, should be stuck with the child support just because he married Mary?

    It is open... deep thoughts...

If the Lord leads you to it, he will get you through it.

This question is not only hopelessly garbled, it is offensive to every True Christian™ in America.

Are you trying to imply that Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God Almighty, had fornicational relations with His own mother, and as a result impregnated her....with HIMSELF!?

You are lucky not to be banned for this smart-alecky stunt.
    Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

First things first: is the pie and cream person an M or an F?
This is a basic question. You confuse my gender preconceptions, Racheal, causing me to wonder wonder which is witch, witch.

Seeker, please tell me your gender.

If you are woman, this is a commandment, not a condiment.

Child support is something I've never understood. If a woman leaves her True Christian husband she's obviously given herself over to satan. Why would I support satan? As far as I'm concerned, she can support herself by being the whore she has become.

            Amen, brother!
If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
A foolish woman is clamorous: She is simple, and knoweth nothing.

Using that logic, the reverse would also be true - if a husband should leave.
Which again raises the question of child support.

Why not take up the hobby of studying the American language in your spare time, instead of thinking up these ridiculous questions and then posting them in an unintelligible way?
