This is just beyond the pale. Under the thin premise of helping "incontinent" people always be able to get a a restroom quickly, the Australian government is using tax dollars to provide a Web site and iPhone app designed to help "confirmed bachelors" zero in on the best anonymous sex spots:

What a load of hooey! First of all, show me a person with "incontinence," and I'll show you somebody sorely lacking in self control. Secondly, we all know what the leading cause of incontinence is, and it's a certain activity God frowns upon very much.
Regardless, the Bible is very clear in its condemnation of both incontinence and constipation...
...So even if we're talking about your garden variety incontinent who didn't get that way from sitting on other people's forearms, they're still unclean, and their lack of self control should not be enabled, aided, or abetted.
"But this is only happening in far-away Australia," you say?
Please don't be lulled into a false sense of security! Australia was once the bastion of right-thinking, English-speaking, Anglo-European civilization in the Pacific.

The National Public Toilet Map is part of the Australian government's National Continence Management Strategy (NCMS). The map allows more Australians with urinary and fecal incontinence problems to live and participate in their communities with dignity and confidence, by making it easier for them to find information about the location of public toilets.
The map was launched in September 2001. The map is internet based and can be accessed via a web browser or a free iOS app. It identifies 14,000 public and private toilets across Australia, including those in service stations and fast food outlets. The digital map also provides information on accessibility (access for disabled people) and opening hours for most of the toilets identified.
More than 3.8 million Australians are estimated to suffer continence issues, including families with young children. This represents 18% of the Australian population.
The map allows journey planning, including finding toilets near points of interest. Regular users of the web site can register and create their own customised web page, My Toilet Map, saving details of trips and localities for future reference. Registered users can also download toilets as waypoints to a Global Positioning System (GPS) device.
