    Warming?

The recent heat wave is starting to make me consider the possibility of our "Disc warming". Maybe the heat is just making me a bit delirious, but could it be possible that the sun, being five hundred miles away, is slightly closer, like four hundred and fifty miles? Maybe it's God's way of giving sinners a slight taste of hell?

Exactly. Global warming IS man made, but it's not caused by carbon emissions, it's God's warning for the upswing in sin. Burning oil actually helps to cool the Earth, because, when the oil is in the ground, it helps to carry some of the heat up from Hell to the surface of the Earth--burning oil is like adding a layer of insulation against Hell. Then again, so is accepting Jesus.

Good science here, WWJ. You are a force to contend with when it comes to arguments about this stuff.

My guess is the lieberals will not take you on.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Thanks for your kind words. I'm no Professor Bessemer or Dr. Ville, but I try.

Let's please not talk about this too much, OK? If the liberals get wind of the idea that the sun is getting closer, that may cause them to want to revisit the failed boondoggle that is solar power. The last thing we need here in California is Governor Moonbeam taking even more of our paycheck to pay for solar power projects.

            Re: Warming?

I agree that it seems to be a warmer summer than recent years, but is is possible that Jesus simply turned up the heat of the sun? For instance, instead of it being, say, 450 degrees He makes it 475.
