This thought came to my mind, when I was thinking about all the evil in this world.

I mean, Satan is evil and I know that, but what is pushing him to this. He is relentlessly trying to wreck havoc in this beautiful world. If this is his hobby, he has to take a break every now and then. If has felt lonely in hell, but no has has so many sinners burning there with him, we can't even comprehend vast number of them. Just was motivates him this much?

Do not try to empathise with Satan. Caring about the feelings of other people is just another one of his tricks to get his dirty claws into you.

Being a Christian is not about caring about what other people feel, it's not about worrying what other people might think it's about following the Word of God(c) to the letter.

If you spend too much time worrying about other people's feelings you may as well just decide to be a queer: and then Satan wins

Ryan, you must make sure that you don't fall into the 'fluffy bunny' Christian mind set.

Remember God does everything! He is in control.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

If a meteorite strikes, if a famine kills millions, if a daughter is locked and abused in a German cellar by her father it is all His will. It is all His divine plan.

Psalm 19:9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

Well I don't care what hellbound scum thinks, but I do care for my Christian brothers. I know that no one can reason with Satan, so I wanted to know his mindset, to avoid him better. I need to know my enemy so I can defeat him.
Nevertheless, nothing shall stop me from glorifying the Lord, and chanting my prayers.

I agree that Satan may sometimes get tired of doing what he's doing. He isn't omnipotent nor omnipresent, so after a millenia or two of always scheming and plotting to destroy everyone and get them to embrace homerism and whatnot I'm sure he'd like to take a short break, but every time he decides to settle down, you know that a guy like "president" Obama is going to "ease on down road' of history. He starts shuckin' and jivin' his way into a position of power to do some real damage and that only stirs Satan right back up again.

I for one don't want a bored devil. I want him suckin' down bottles of Maalox every time he and his demons know that I'm awake. He knows that I'll be out and about doing the Lord's work, so he had better not rest!

What you need to do is to read the Bible(KJV1611) from cover to cover and that will tell you all you need to know about God and how He makes bad things happen because He knows everything before it happens so we can be sure that bad things only happen when He wills it.

What you need to do is to read the Bible(KJV1611) from cover to cover and that will tell you all you need to know about God and how He makes bad things happen because He knows everything before it happens so we can be sure that bad things only happen when He wills it.

KJV Black Edition, KJV Anniversary Edition, KJV Gay Edition (of course not this one, but just so you know that is exists, sir)... Well I cant say that I "sing" a prayer, nor I can say I "speak" it, so I thought this would be appropriate. I'm still learning, so I am sorry if "chanting" was rude, but this seemed like a legit word to me. I am still learning proper Christian words, so people here misunderstand my words sometimes.
