It's not about skin color; for men (all men) it's about:

buying pants that stay up around the waist
wearing hats that fit with proper brim orientation
lacing your shoes
eating food with a knife and fork
walking like a person and not a chicken

forsaking bling-bling
abstaining from crack and malt liquor

and even more importantly:

speaking American English

respecting women
