All slaves were provided by THEIR FAMILIES in payment of kind. Slaves (I prefer the word 'Employees') were provided free passage to the US of A. They were given homes - AT NO CHARGE. they were given food - AT NO CHARGE. Clothes, education, domestication. All free.
These days, I have to keep very accurate books on my employees, tracking the value of the housing, transportation, food, clothing education, domestication. It is not my fault these 'people' do not earn enough to cover their expenses.
If my employees would stop practicing voodoo (or what ever that chicken scratch trickery is) and get right with Jesus, they could make something of themselves, though I doubt it. They are just nigras and God is pretty clear about them being somewhat worthless (Read you Genesis 10 for the inside scoop)

After reading these passages in all of their entirety, there were two sentences that I found lying around, swathing in their own pool of idiocy.

1.) Atheists are not ignorant, and this isn't some soul corrupting propaganda.
2.) There is no knowledge the bible could offer me. In this case, the only reason I could be considered ignorant is lack of scriptural knowledge.

To begin, the North had already declared their rejection of slavery. The Northern states had no need to include themselves in the Emancipation Proclamation.
Secondly, after searching deeper, it appears that you were right about there being slave trade in Massachusetts. However, slave trade in 1638 is not necessarily relevant. The Emancipation Proclamation and the US splitting comes 200 years later.
Finally, maybe if you hadn't become so reliant on slaves to do your work you might not have missed them as much.

It must be with great difficulty that you insert your head into your rectum far enough to miss that the Northern states of New Hampshire and New Jersey released the last of their slaves AFTER the war was over. So much for your ignorant atheist claim that the Northern monsters did not keep slaves, and never had slaves, really.

Please go back to school and pray for a passing grade in history this time. Actually read the historical accounts instead of listening to what your tree hugging beatnik revisionist lieberal sickular teachers tell you. That warm fuzzy tale of the freedom loving Northerners and the tyrannical Southerners is a little bit off the mark. If the Godless Yankees loved the darkie so much, why did the worst race riot in American history take place in New York when Lincolnlog instituted the draft during the war of Northern Aggression? You say that in the South you have always loved "the black man." That is completely inaccurate, considering you brought them to America against their own will and turned them into slaves. The South wanted to keep them as slaves, where the North did not.

I really don't understand it. Here we were protecting those poor darkies from themselves, and the North came along and ruined their lives. They weren't hanging hubcaps from chains around their necks, rhyming badly about how they want to abuse their women, selling crack, and living off food stamps back in the good old days. But thanks to 'emancipation' this is how they are living today. Mercy, but I can't help but feel they would have been better off if we had just loaded them up and turned them loose in Africa than what we did to them.

I am very leery of getting to know new people...you don't know where they've been. ESPECIALLY those of the darker persuasion.

I have come to trust our precious Vavoline Johnson, and I've even come to leave her alone in the house while she's cleaning. I even leave a bowl of food out for her, so she doesn't go foraging in the fridge.

The rest, well...of course I try to keep an open mind but the fact is every encounter I've had with one of those people seems to have ended in either an assaulting barrage of crude, salacious come-ons, or worse, outright rape (!) and so Yes, I am leery.
