That's what FAITH is about. Many Christians have told me that they hear God or Jesus speaking to them, inside their heads, advising them and telling them what they should do. This is a true story: On another forum I asked a Christian who used the name Pat how he could know for sure that God exists. He wrote back that he knew because God spoke to him inside his head.

Delusional? Well, sure -- if you want to call the dominant Western culture of the last 1500 or so years delusion-based, you can do that. Both Barak Obama and John McCain espouse Christianity. Are they delusional? American soldiers pray to the Lord before going off to shoot Iraqis. Are they delusional?

Watch yourself. It hasn't been that long since Christian nations executed people for mocking God. You can call it delusion, but it can kill.
