Obsession with Homosexuality

Why does the issue of homosexuality seem to find its way into every single discussion on this board?

Is it somehow worse than any other sin? Odd, since Jesus never mentioned it. Indeed, the Bible says that ALL are sinners and fall short of God's glory. Sexual sins are no worse than any other.

ALL people are God's children IRRESPECTIVE of race, color, creed, sex or sexuality.

The reason why it pops up on almost every discussion is because most of those so called "True Christians" are in fact homosexuals themselves but don't want to admit it. They try to cover their true nature although they know well enough what they really are. they are trying to divert the attention away from themselves.

How did you come up with that one? Those who have received Jesus are God's children:

Those who have not are the devil's children:

Mr Happy, we speak of many subjects here at Landover. Yes, homosexuality is one of them but there are other subjects that get the same amount of space and treatment. Perhaps the fact that the homer threads stand out to you is due to the fact that homosexuality weighs heavily on your mind? If you feel you may be having disgusting thoughts of sodomy and lewd sexual practices, please let us know. We'll talk about it with you and help you rid yourself of these perverted queer thoughts.

Do I have to remind you that Our Father in Heaven created the plague of AIDS as a punishment for men who lie with men? This isn't an Old Testament curse - it is happening TODAY!

Many Biblical scholars have spoken on this subject. Did you know that Landover's own Pastor Deacon Fred was a student of that most righteous minister, Jerry Falwell? Here is what Brother Falwell had to say about AIDS:

"AIDS is not just God's punishment for homosexuals; it is God's punishment for the society that tolerates homosexuals."

God hates all sinners, but especially Homos. And as you can see, if we do not openly reject homosexuals, God gets angry with us as well.

Still haven't heard a proper response from anyone. Why does homosexuality feature in virtually EVERY thread????

Seems I am not the only one with the problem. I am very comfortable with my sexuality (100% straight thank you), but it seems other here are not quite as comfortable with theirs.

And as regards Jerry Falwell, I'm sure brethren in LBC will agree that Christians don't lie. So if the Antichrist doesn't show himself by 2009, then I hope you will readily admit that Falwell was a charlatan. My own view is that history will view this man as a laughing stock, and he will be best remembered for his ridiculous outbursts about children's TV shows and blaming the American people for 9/11.

How DARE you speak ill of the dead?! Pastor Falwell was a Man of God and is no doubt sitting at Jesus' table up in Heaven right now enjoying a third helping of ribs and baked beans at the non-stop barbecue in Paradise. I think the reason you find homosexuality discussed so much on this forum is that it is one of the leading threats to the family unit these days. I would actually say it's more of a threat than terrorism from abroad, because the fags are already here! They're out mingling with normal people everyday, and using every avenue they can to recruit unsuspecting young people into their sinful lifestyles.
