The year 2014 will go down as the best Summer Stoning Festival ever.

Anita Bryant's song, Stone Those Sinners Down, brought the crowd to their feet. While she is getting up there in years, the anti homer fire still burns.

I am very pleased that Mrs. Deen was able to attend! I wish I could have, also. The picture you shared didn't show when I tried to view it - but I am sure Paula enthralled the crowd!

My congratulations on a successful festival. Now for the important questions:

1. How many stonings took place?
2. What profits were gained?
3. Was the Sultan impressed? Was he led to Jesus?
4. Were his mooselimb friends stoned?

Has anyone else noticed the cynicism creeping into pop music these days? It reflects an attitude where people believe that God is not our provider and bribery needs to be resorted to. What sort of people would manœuvre themselves into a position of authority, claim all the best food and give nothing in return except for a bogus undertaking not to dish out the extreme sanction for so contrived an offence as failing to hand over all the best food and drink and any other consumables in the first place?

We are fortunate to have a Pastoral Team who know The Bible and who recognise the differences between
extortion
bribery and
The Perfect Love of God.
