They're obliquely alluded to in the parts where it says homosexuality is an abomination and any man caught engaging in gay sex shall be put to death. The Lord knows He can't always count on us to carry our His beautiful plan, so sometimes He rolls up His sleeves and does the hard work of killing His beloved, precious children Himself.

What about the people who once had AIDS, then received a treatment and finally they got saved from death? If God wanted them dead, I don't think he would let them live after that

Please see my previous posts debunking the idea that HIV causes AIDS. That some HIV positive individuals appear to not be dying quite as fast as you expect them to die only serves to prove that what I say is true. Once you have the full-blown AIDS, your surest chance of surviving is to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior.
