    Angel in the Sky

(Yo, this song right there is dedicated to the best that ever did it, my lil' brother. Just so the whole world know man, I love you, I miss you, can't wait to see you again man; I know you watching over me from above, man. For real, I have a real angel lookin' out)

    [Chorus (Razah):]
There's an angel in the sky watching over me [x2]

    [Verse 1:]
They say it's always darkest before the dawn and that you don't know what you had until it's gone I thought I knew what I had but I was wrong and that's why I gots to write this song now come on now come on say man I thought it would of been a long time for us and many more years on the grind for us I thought the future held a lot for us both and it was brighter we were super tight but finna be super tighter I guess I just assumed we had more time for us to make more music and write more rhymes but never in my life could I ever have seen that I would ever have to lose the other half of my team (for real) and take away the glitter the gold and the gleam say man I wonder to myself what does it all really mean nothing without the people you love say man I miss my brother but I know he's looking down from above and that's an angel

    [Chorus (Razah):]
There's an angel in the sky watching over me [x2]

    [Verse 2:]

    [Chorus (Razah):]
There's an angel in the sky watching over me [x2]

    [Verse 3:]
Just for the record let me go ahead and say I love my brother Pimp C and man I miss him everyday yeah my heart still hurts and the pain still fresh but I'm a put God first to keep that pressure off my chest and remind me that I'm blessed to have had him as a friend a ride or die homie that was with me til the end real talk man we was closer than kin and I know that I'll never have a partner like that again so Chad Butler I just want you to know I keep ya memory close I'm never lettin it go and they gon always remember that you was here mayne cause I'm a make'em remember that's why I'm here mayne yeah it's still hard and I still cry but you and God keep me strong so I'm a still try reppin this UGK now won't I cause through your music you live forever so Trill don't die

UGK (short for Underground Kingz) a hip-hop act from Port Arthur, Texas was formed in 1987 by the late Chad "Pimp C" Butler. He then joined with Bernard "Bun B" Freeman who became his longtime partner.

You're a liar, boy. He was not your brother; he was your "bun" and he died an agonizing death trying to treat the AIDS with codeine!

You better believe Satan is ridin' him dirty in hell. You are going to be the next colored that gets pimpalated, chopped and screwed.

    Go post your gibberish elsewhere!
    Come climb my mountains.

Ahem-"partner" does not always mean "buttbuddy".

It merely means "someone who helps another in a specific activity." In their case Bun B and Pimp C were helping each other out in the rap group UGK.

Pimp C had a wife; Bun B has a wife as well. So, why are you trying to pervert a certain word from its original meaning?

          Two problems:
          1. All dead humans remain dead until the Resurrection. Hasn't happened yet. If you read the Bible, you'd know this.
          2. Resurrected humans are not angels; angels are a different type of being. If you read the Bible, you'd know this.
Sorry, Bunlover. Ain't no angel watching over you.
          Bible boring? Nonsense!

If nobody's in heaven until the Resurrection, then nobody's in hell until then either.

With that said, how do you explain Roberta's post?

How many times must we have the same conversation?

My church and Landover do not agree on every doctrinal issue.

We consider it quite clear that all dead are dead until the Resurrection. Landover's pastors believe that some go directly to Heaven or Hell upon death. You Cathoholics made up "purgatory", where some not-so-bad people go to be tortured until their sins are absolved, though there's no evidence of such in the Bible.

Oh, wait, didn't John Paul decide that "purgatory" and "hell" aren't real places?
